Clinic Schedules and Location
The Albert S. Weyer Health Center is located at 435 W. Philadelphia Street in York (just past Roosevelt Ave.) Health Bureau staff are available for Immunizations, HIV Testing and Counseling, and Tuberculosis Testing and Treatment, and Childhood Lead Poison screening. Most services provided at the Annex are free to York City residents.
